Very tasty and beautiful baked whole chicken

chicken

This marinade makes the chicken not only juicy, aromatic, and tasty, but also beautiful. When baked, the skin turns an even brown color. The dish looks very appetizing and is perfect for a holiday table. I’ll show you how to quickly and easily hide the wings so they don’t burn when baking

Ingredients :

1 – chicken 1.4 kg
6 – cloves garlic
6 – tbsp. l. soy sauce
4 – tbsp. l. lemon juice
2 – tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2 – tsp. honey
1 – tsp. with a heap of sweet paprika
1 – tsp. without a hill of ground pepper

Method :

Cut the garlic into slices. If you cut it finely, it will burn when baked and add an unpleasant taste to the meat. Add honey, sweet ground paprika, and black pepper to the garlic

Add lemon juice, oil, and soy sauce. Mix well

Wash the chicken and place it in a deep bowl or container. I salt it a little more, I don’t have enough salt from the soy sauce

Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken. Turn it over several times in the bowl and leave it breast side down. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (you can leave it overnight). Turn it over periodically so that the marinade saturates all parts

Remove the chicken from the marinade and add the garlic cloves inside. To prevent the wings from burning, season them. We place the chicken with its neck towards us, pull the first phalanges a little to the side, pull them towards us, turning them inside out, and tuck them onto the third phalanges

Place chicken in soy marinade in a mold or on a baking sheet, connect the drumstick, and tie. Place in the oven, previously turned on at 180 degrees, and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes (bake a 2 kg carcass for 1 hour 50 minutes)

Periodically remove the chicken and grease it with the remaining marinade and fat from the bottom (the time for this is included in the total time). When baked, the chicken is covered with an even, beautiful color

Transfer the finished chicken whole onto a plate, add a side dish or hot appetizer (I have minced meat in bacon, link to the recipe below), and serve immediately. The meat turns out incredibly flavorful and juicy. The chicken looks delicious and very beautiful
