Ingredients :
6 Large russet potatoes (about 3 lbs), scrubbed clean
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter , softened
1/2 cup whole milk or heavy cream , warmed
1 1/2 cups shredded chedder cheese , divided
6 slices bacon , cooked and crumbled
3 green onions , thinly sliced
1 tps garlic powder
1 tps onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method :
Preheat and Prep : Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pierce the potatoes with a fork and bake directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes , or until fork-tender . or , to expedite the procedure , microwave the potatoes for 10 to 12 minutes. Let them cool slightly.
