Ingredients:

2 cups cherry tomatoes , halved

2 ripe avocados , diced

1/4 red onion , thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped

2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 garlic clove , minced

Salt and black perpper to taste

Optional : 1/4 Cup crumbled feta cheese

Method :

Combine ingredients : in a large bowl ,  mix the halved cherry tomatoes , diced avocados ,  thinnly sliced red onion ,  and chopped cilantro.

Prepare Dressing : in a small bowl ,  blend the olive oil , lime juice ,  minced garlic ,  salt ,  and black pepper until fully combined.

Optioanl Topping : Add crumbled feta cheese on top for a boost of flavor ,  if desired.
