Craving a delicious pork chop recipe that’s simple yet bursting with flavor? These Supreme Pork Chops are your go-to for a tender, mouthwatering meal that’s perfect for weeknights or special dinners. With a savory spice blend and a quick cooking method, you’ll have juicy pork chops on the table in no time. Here’s how to make them!

Ingredients :

4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method :

Prepare the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear. To get a juicy pork chop with a tasty crust, this step is essential.

Make the Seasoning Blend: In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Apply a large amount of this spice to the pork chops on both sides.

Sear the Pork Chops: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. This step locks in the juices for a tender pork chop texture.

Add Flavor: Reduce heat to medium, add butter and chicken broth to the skillet. Spoon the melted butter and broth over the pork chops as they cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness.

Rest and Serve: To preserve the pork chops’ juices, take them out of the skillet and let them for five minutes. Serve with your preferred sides, such as mashed potatoes or roasted veggies, and garnish with fresh parsley.
