Ingredients :
2 – cans of seaweed 400 gr
1 – small can of peas
3 – tbsp. l. rice
1 – onion
2 – tbsp. l. vegetable oil
greens to taste
salt to taste
Method :
Boil the rice in plenty of water until tender, rinse with cold water, and drain in a colander. Lightly squeeze the canned seaweed and place it in a bowl
Add prepared rice to the seaweed I have long-grain rice, you can replace it with round rice
Drain the liquid from canned peas and place in a bowl peas weighing 130 gr
Chop the onion I used red into feathers or half rings and place in a bowl
We supplement everything with a large amount of herbs dill, parsley, and green onions
Pour unrefined sunflower oil over everything it will add wonderful taste and aroma, add a little salt, mix and the seaweed salad is ready
Serve the seaweed and rice salad immediately. The salad turns out juicy, with a slight crunch, satisfying with excellent aroma and taste
