This is a very simple way to prepare delicious pastries for tea. Any fresh or frozen berries are suitable. I show you a simple technique in which berries remain intact on open baked goods. I also add one ingredient that gives it a nice creamy taste. The baskets turn out incredibly tasty and aromatic
Ingredients :
400 gr – dough
220 gr – black currants
100 gr – cheese (curd)
2 tbsp – heaped powdered sugar + for baking
1 tbsp – heaped starch
1 pc – egg
Method :
To prepare, I take frozen blackcurrants. Place it in a bowl, add starch, and powdered sugar, and mix.
Defrost puff pastry without yeast in advance. There are 2 boards in the pack. Roll out the dough one layer at a time adding flour
Then we wrap the dough into a roll, fasten the edge of the dough to the base, and cut it into 8 parts (rolls)
We fasten one cut side of the roll with our fingers, turn it over, and use our fingers to form a basket. It’s easy to do, the dough takes shape well. 2 layers of dough make 16 baskets

Place curd cheese on the bottom of the baskets (1 teaspoon each without a slide). The cheese adds a wonderful creamy flavor. It can be replaced with cottage cheese mixed with sugar
The berries in the bowl were stirred periodically, they thawed a little and became increasingly covered with starch and powdered sugar. They remain intact. Add blackcurrants to the baskets and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
The baskets will increase slightly in volume, the sides will turn brown, and the berries will remain intact. This is how beautiful it turns out. Let cool
Sprinkle the baskets with berries with powdered sugar and serve. The result is a wonderful pastry for tea with a berry and creamy taste
