Cut the pumpkin into pieces, place in a cooking pot, and add water. Place the pan with the pumpkin over medium heat, bring to a boil, and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender
Ingredients:
900 gr – Pumpkin
100 gr – Sugar
1 tsp – Vanilla sugar
2 tbsp – Lemon juice
7 – 8 tbsp – Corn starch
40 gr – Raisins
For deboning :
2 tbsp – Corn starch
2 tbsp – Powdered sugar
25 -18 – Mold size
Method:
Dilute cornstarch with water and stir until smooth
Grind the finished pumpkin into a puree in a blender. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and raisins. Heat the sugar over medium heat, stirring regularly, until it melts
Pour starch diluted with water into the pumpkin puree in a thin stream, stirring constantly
When the mass becomes thick and viscous, pour it into the mold. Let the dessert cool completely
Remove the cooled dessert from the mold and cut into pieces of any shape
Pieces of dessert can be rolled in powdered sugar and starch. But keep in mind that the dessert becomes moist over time
We liked the dessert better in its pure form. Bon appetit
