225g (8 oz) of chopped dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/2 cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder

Method :

Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch (20cm) round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal.
