Make the most out of your potatoes with this recipe.

Potato peels
It might sound a little strange to use potato peels as a snack, but if you think about it it’s actually pretty logical! If you’ve ever eaten those rustic type of fries that are fried with their peel still on, you know how nice and crispy the peel becomes. The peels are fine to eat as long as you make sure you properly clean the potatoes before using them. They do come out of the ground, of course. So, have we gotten you interested in this potato peel snack? All you need is a frying pan!
