Chicken With Pumpkin and Mushrooms in Sour Cream

ingredients :

1 kg – chicken fillet
40 g – pumpkin
300 g – champignons
1 piece – onion
200 ml cream
1 tablespoon – of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Method :

Cut the pumpkin into cubes with a side of about 1-1.5 cm. Cut the mushrooms into quarters. Finely chop the onion. Cut the fillets into very small pieces. Fry the chicken in batches over high heat in vegetable oil for 3 minutes per batch. Transfer to a plate. Fry the onions for two to three minutes in the same pan. Add the mushrooms and pumpkin and fry, stirring, for 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice, chicken, and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring the pumpkin to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until the pumpkin is tender about 12 to 16 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill before serving.
