Method :
Pour smoked pork ribs with water, put on fire, and cook for an hour
Separate the meat from the bones when it has cooled
Rinse the peas in cold water, add to the broth along with the meat, and cook for another half hour
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater, and cut the bacon or brisket into pieces
Fry the brisket in a dry frying pan. Add onions and carrots, and fry everything together until half-cooked. You can add grated parsley or parsnip root – the taste of the soup will be richer
Peel potato tubers, cut into cubes, add to soup, and cook for 5-10 minutes
Then add the brisket with vegetables, salt, and ground pepper – to taste. Cook until potatoes are ready
10 minutes before the end of cooking, put a bay leaf
Remove the soup from the heat, and leave for 10 – 15 minutes to infuse
When serving, remove the bay leaf and put it in chopped greens
Serve fresh black bread with pea soup with ribs and brisket

3-4 hours before the start of cooking the soup, it must be poured with water and then drained
