Ingredients :
2 – eggs
salt – to taste
cheese – 100 gr
ham – 100 gr
tomato – 1 pc
milk – 100 ml
Butter – 50 gr
mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
fresh dill – 10 gr
Method :
Beat the eggs. Add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Mix. Add milk and mix again
Cut the ham and tomato into cubes
Melt the butter in a frying pan
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. After 2 minutes, add the ham and tomato. Cook for a further two minutes while covered with a lid
Grate the cheese onto a fine grater. Sprinkle the omelet with cheese, cover with a lid, and cook for another 2 minutes
Finely chop the greens and sprinkle on the omelet
