1/2 tsp – Salt
1 tsp – Sugar
280 – 300 gr – Flour
150 gr – Cheese
Vegetable oil for frying flatbreads

Method :

Heat kefir slightly, add salt, soda, and sugar

Leave for 5-7 minutes the soda will begin to dissolve in the kefir and bubbles will appear on the surface

After a time, add flour and mix with a spoon

Grate the cheese on a fine grater

Place the cheese into the dough

Mix the dough with a spoon, add flour, knead the dough well

On a floured surface, roll out the finished dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place one flatbread and fry on one side over medium heat until golden brown

Then turn over, fry on the other side until golden brown, and remove from the pan. Prepare all the flatbreads in the same way
