Banana Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or canned pineapple in juice, drained
1 banana sliced
1 cup regular milk whole, 2%, or skim
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon honey optional, for extra sweetness

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients:
If using fresh pineapple, cut into chunks.
Cut banana in half
Blend:
In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, banana slices, milk, Greek yogurt, and ice cubes.
If desired, add honey for extra sweetness.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is well combined.
