ingredients :
200 grams of ham
one loaf (preferably rifled)
two ripe tomatoes with dense pulp (medium size)
100 grams of hard cheese
one bunch of greens
three tablespoons of mayonnaise
one clove of garlic
Method :
Ham (you can also use boiled or smoked sausage) cut into small cubes.
For my tomatoes, remove the stalks, and also cut them into small cubes.
Dill greens (you can also any other, to your taste) finely chop with a knife.
In a deep bowl, we send the prepared ingredients: ham, tomatoes, and greens.
We rub a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater and send it to the filling.
Pass a clove of garlic through a press and add to the filling (if desired).
Salt and pepper to taste, season with homemade mayonnaise or a wonderful universal dressing,
Mix everything well – and the filling is ready.
Lubricate the baking sheet with non-stick baking emulsion or vegetable oil.
We take pieces of a sliced loaf, grease them on one side with the filling, and put them on a baking sheet.
We send the baking sheet to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 15 minutes.
You can serve ready-made pizza both warm and cold – everything is equally tasty.
