Ingredients :
500 gr – minced meat
1 – onion
100 gr – prunes
1 tbsp – mustard
half a bunch of parsley
salt pepper
50 gr – sesame seeds
Method :
Immediately set the oven to preheat at 180 degrees. I will prepare everything very, very quickly
I cut one medium onion into thin half-rings
Lightly salt the onion and mash it with your hand right on the board. The onions will become softer and cook faster
Now I chop the onion even finer with a knife
I send all the onions to the minced meat
Now I need prunes, they will give the dish a festive taste. Using scissors, I cut 100 gr of prunes into small pieces. My prunes were soft, I didn’t soak them
I add the prunes to the minced meat and add 1 tablespoon of hot mustard
I add finely chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. I mix everything well.
With wet hands, I form meatballs
I will use sesame seeds as a breading. Every meatball gets rolled with sesame seeds
I place the balls on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat
I put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees
