The method of preparing chicken breasts is very simple because you do not need to season anything first. The breast turns out juicy and very tasty. It is perfect as a main dish with a side dish or as a cold cut instead of sausage. You can use it to make sandwiches for breakfast and snacks. By adding different spices and seasonings I get different tastes. I’ll show you 3 different flavors
Ingredients :
3 chicken breast fillets 900 gr
1 tsp – with a slide of adjika
2 tsp – tomato paste
3 tsp -vegetable oil
1 tsp – chicken seasonings
2 – pinches of ground pepper
salt to taste
Method :
Wash the breast fillet well, dry it with paper towels, and cut off everything that you don’t like (veins, fat, etc.). Sprinkle with a little salt on all sides
Add spicy adjika and oil (1 tsp) to the first fillet and distribute well over the entire surface
Sprinkle the second piece with chicken seasoning, pour oil (1 tsp), and again distribute on all sides
Sprinkle the third piece of fillet with black pepper, add tomato paste, and oil, and distribute. Place the breast on foil (it is better to use 2 layers) and add a bay leaf on top
Wrap the breast fillet tightly in foil, transfer it to a baking dish, and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Because the fillet will be baked in its juices, it will turn out very tender and juicy
Remove the fillet from the oven, unwrap it, and serve immediately. We prepare our favorite side dish for hot chicken breast. If you serve the fillet as sliced meat, then cool it completely in foil. Breast with adjika turns out moderately spicy and very aromatic. The seasoned chicken fillet tastes like garlic, turmeric, and coriander. And fillet with tomato paste has a wonderful tomato taste and a pleasant aroma from bay leaves. The look is bright and beautiful
